Have you ever wondered how while some people are able to speed through their daily tasks with so much ease, we’re sitting on our chair, barely halfway through our checklist? Fear not, you are not alone.
Research suggests that 41% of tasks on a content creator’s to-do list are never completed. Now, just because something is common, does not justify it to be right. Hence, we are going to look at some time management techniques to rectify the errors of our ways.
1. Prioritize
We have 24 hours in a day, out of which 8 of them are usually dedicated to completing your tasks. The order in which you chose to complete them is an essential part to practicing time management. If you have 10 tasks to complete in a day, identify the ones that need immediate attention and try to prioritize them, instead of fixating on all tasks at the same time. Dedicate your attention to solely completing the prioritized task to efficiently get the most out of your assigned time.2. Create a smart planUnderstanding your capacity for the given day is key to creating a smart daily plan. Your deadlines show include enough wiggle room for errors and unexpected scenarios, so that your work is finished within your day’s capacity.

3. Organize your resources
Often, content creators struggle with finding resources to use for their projects. To tackle this issue, set aside time to note down the resources needed and spend quality time finding them. Regardless of whether they will be used in the end, it is important to gather and store your resources to avoid wasting time while working on the final project.
4. Group small similar tasks
Identify the type of tasks and group them together to ensure that backhand work that is similar in nature is completed one after the other.

Based on your audience and your product/service, you need to design posts using the right language, tone, and graphics that would stimulate viewers to take part in the conversation

5. Leave room for buffer time
Overworking yourself will not benefit in the way you probably want it to. Instead, it will burn out the potential ideas that could have been used if you had allowed yourself to take small breaks. Don’t take buffer time lightly, it is essential to produce a healthy workflow.
